This is a really fun place that the entire family can enjoy. However, there is too little staff to man this place. 2 staff members during peak times is not sufficient. You should have at least 2 safety people skating on the rink at all times. 1 person to help the beginners and the other person in the bigger rink. Some staff is super friendly and then you have that 1 person that shows how angry they are at working on that day. This is a great place, but by adding more staff it can be phenomenal place. - Michelle

It was our first time at the Rollercade. Myself and my 7yr old son, along with a few friends. Everyone had a GREAT time, the kids absolutely loved it. We would definitely be there a lot more often if the price was cheaper though. Works out to be a pricey outing for a family. - Tara

It was amazing! Kids had a great time, the staff were friendly especially the young lady at the reception area. Will def attend again, and have already recommended the book experience to many others. - Quaanita

Had so much fun. Staff were super friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Only issue was the exhaust fumes from cars made some children feel ill and exhausted. A separate ventilation system should be installed for health purposes. - Michelle
